Our goal is to provide you with the very best quality photographs possible. For nearly all of our portrait sittings we will show you previews of your images on our computers immediately after the pictures are taken. If you are not satisfied with the results of your session please let us know. If possible we will re-shoot your pictures right away and correct any problem that is within our control. If there is some problem that is beyond our control or if our schedule does not allow an immediate re-shoot, we will be happy to schedule another sitting at a later time at no additional charge to you.
If you have special concerns regarding the retouching of your photos please talk to our staff about this when you place your order. In some cases there may be additional charges for extra retouching.
If any part of your order is incomplete or printed incorrectly, please let a member of the staff know and we will correct the problem as soon as possible. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your finished order including our retouching or finishing we will correct and reprint the order until you are satisfied, with no additional charges.
In a few cases (such as prom photos or sports memory mate photos) we are unable to show previews to you before you receive your finished pictures. If you are unsatisfied with photos like these just return the pictures to us and request a full refund.
